In the game, the player needs to keep the citizens happy of the town by ensuring the farm crops, trees, water supply, and recycling program remain well funded. Other elements such as roads and flora are placed in the game that the player uses to make his town modern. The player starts the game with an empty land with a goal to place workplaces, homes, and civic buildings.
It offers the similar gameplay to SimCity, but on a smaller scale, where the player is tasked to craft a small town instead of the city. The game enables the player to build a town, comprising houses, buildings, streets, businesses, and parks, and then struggle to control the people in it.
